Skip Harling

It's red, but the scanner made it look pinkish. *cry*

Skipper Harling, more often referred to as Skip, works with the Cyclonians as Dark Ace's strategic adviser; in other words, she tells him what to do and he ignores her. Physical attraction developed between the two and was pursued, though hidden from foot soldiers and lowly beings who have no business knowing what Dark Ace does anyway. Skip is apathetic and has a strong disdain for morons, i.e. Snipe (no offense, Snipe lovers). She was born on Tropica to pro-Cyclonia parents. Her necklace is the Talons' symbol. She has an...odd tatoo on her foot.
